Dharma Yoga
Dharma Yoga is based on the traditional teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, who has dedicated most of his life in service to humanity, practicing and teaching all eight limbs of yoga. Dharma Yoga is a system of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga, a devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. Our Dharma teachers are long time students of Sri Dharma and they are dedicated to passing along his incredible teachings.

Friday Night Flow
Forget happy hour at the bar and find it here with great tunes, creative fun flows, leading into a chill floor series, finishing with deep, sweet relaxation.

Hot 26
Hot 26 is based on the hot yoga system developed by Bikram Choudhury - 26 postures done twice each with 2 breathing exercises. It is designed to heal the body and calm the mind. The sequence engages, stretches, and strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones. Here at JSHY, attention is placed on alignment and directing the flow of the body's energy. This is a great class for learning the essential hot yoga postures in finer details.

Hot 26 Express
Hot 26 Express includes all of the traditional Hot 26 poses but slightly condensed and moves in a more flowing manner. The benefits will still be there, but this version lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes. It is a nice way to wring out and still meet the demands of your busy schedule.

Jersey Shore Hot Flow (JSHFlow)
Jersey Shore Hot Flow is an integrated mind/body class that links breath to movement. Each class is unique as every instructor brings his/her own style and creativity. Be prepared to stretch, strengthen, and sweat. Options/variations will be offered so that each student may work at the level most appropriate for them.
